Laowa Pro2Be

The original Laowa Probe 24mm T14 had a tremendous impact on cinematography when it was released. Without any lower budget options, many cinematographers couldn’t really experience the probe style shots and Laowa answered again.

With the mission of releasing a new version of their super popular probe lens, Laowa stepped their game and came out with the Laowa Pro2Be. The biggest and most massive difference is withing ths T. stop. The new Pro2Be boasts a T8 aperture, a whole 1 and 2/3 stops of light more than it’s predecessor. Also, Laowa listened to it’s users and removed the LED light that was easily seen on highly reflective material. Last but not the least, the mount is now interchangeable and shimmable.
