Masterfully rehoused by Ironglass in Ukraine, this MK2 rehousing shine a light on the incredible work done by their small but dedicated team, building on the heritage of the MK1 to further improve the mechanics of the lenses. Their work was already phenomenal but this new version is a major step forward. With the mechanics now all internal, clip-on mattebox compatibility is no more a problem ; no more telescoping when focussing!

The set features the legendary Helios 44-2, but also the Helios 40-2 bokeh monster and the Grand Prix Brussels winner Mir-1B. Well rounded with the dark horse Mir 10A and the crazy Mir 20M, this 5 lens set will instantly turn your footage to vintage : gorgeous, dense flares, swirly bokeh these lenses are known for, extreme close focus possibilities on the 20 and 28mm! Close focus has been improved on all lenses (a welcomed mod on the original poor CF of the 37mm) and now the lenses all have matching iris/focus gear placement.
Used as primary lenses on Dune 2 and the chasing car scene in The Batman by Greig Fraser, this is a character loaded set that’s really magical!
