USSR optics used to have a somehow bad reputation until recently. Somewhat overlooked quality control from the factory, quirky designs, bad optical alignements and misconceptions about the lenses on the consumer side helped create this love-hate relationship with LOMO’s. You never knew if you had a gem or a dud in hands.
Once the mystery was cracked, those who jumped in started loving the creamy and expressive image produced by them.

Originally coming in many focal lengths, many iterations and many mounts, the set we have here is a comprehensive one, formed by some of the best available optical blocks LOMO’s had to offer. Rehoused by TK Lenses in Thailand, our set boasts the incredibly hard to rehouse 18mm T3 and the 22mm T3. The rehousing allows to have mostly unified front diameter across the set, matching iris and focus gears and the industry standart shimmable PL mount.
